24.5' Four Winns 245 Sundowner in Hainesville, Illinois For Sale

24.5' xxxx Four Winns 245 Sundowner with matching tandem axle trailer. Very rare "Volvo Penta 330 HP 7.4 GL with SX Drive". This is a quick boat with plenty of power for tubing, skiing or cruising with 10-12 people. I have spent a lot of time and money updating this boat and keeping her in top shape. This is not a project boat. I am only selling it now because I want a bigger boat. The following are some of the repairs / replacements I have done over the past year...
Bottom Paint, Tune Up, Oil Change, Drive Oil Change, New Compass and a New Blower this season. New LED lighting, it is brighter and uses far less power than the stock lights (2 n.m. Bow Light, (2) Cabin Dome lights (selectable red or white) and LED Cockpit Lighting). New Sony ipod Stereo Reciever and (4) new Sony "Marine" Speakers (the ipod or iphone goes inside the unit).
I had the trailer checked and serviced at the end of last season from front to back (complete new brake assemblies have about 100 miles on them with new break lines in the rear. new tail lights, and all the wiring has been fixed or replaced and a new break away cable was installed). New winch belt with hook.
The impeller and thermostat were just replaced and the pump housing was refurbished as well. (2) New batteries (1 large Deep Cycle Marine for "House" power and 1 Regular Marine for "Starting") and fire extinguisher near the end of last season. I know there is more I am not thinking about buy either way I have all the records. There is nothing to do but gas up and go boating.
There are (2) cushions that are removable that turn the back lounge into a sun deck and 3-4 people can lay there comfortably. If you look at the photo the fill in the entire "U" shape between the aft seats. I will try to get a pic this week.
The boat also comes with a full cockpit cover and full camper top with windows (see photos).
I just purchased a New Handheld VHF Radio with DSC that I will throw in if sold for asking price. I also have a tube I will throw in as well.
I have spent many thousands of dollars repairing, replacing, updating and maintaining this boat, not including my time, so please no low ball offers. I have done my research and there are very few comparable boats to this out there. Lastly, the boat just past the U.S.C.G. Vessel Safety Check and passed with flying colors (the boat passed the entire check list).
The boat has just been winterized and is now ready for storage. Oil change, drive fluid change, fuel & oil filters done today.
